Janet helped us cancel a trip when we found out that we would miss the birth of our first grandchild. Without her help, we would have lost a ton of money. Then, a year later, we rebooked and got the rest of our money back. The trip was wonderful. Her recommendations of cruise line, hotels before and after, even cabin selection were superb.
